libczmq-dbg software package provides High-level C binding for ZeroMQ (debugging symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libczmq-dbg
libczmq-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libczmq-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libczmq-dbg *
You will get with libczmq-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
